We hope you like it as much as we do. Located in a rural setting, we are a little out of town, but well worth the drive.
A deck runs the length of the home, 50 feet total, all overlooking
the creek and accessible from both bedrooms and the living room.
Stairs cut into the bank lead down to the creeks edge.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a large back deck that overlooks
a small waterfall, and the bold creek runs the length of the
property.
You can sit on the spacious back deck and enjoy the views. Or
have meals on the back deck on the outdoor patio set.
Our waterfall has a total drop of about 10 feet, and makes a
beautiful sound. Or you can sit on the front- screened deck
and enjoy the sound of the creek.
Rates:
Our rates are $100-150 per night, 2-night minimum (Peak season
minimum may be longer)
Rates $600-800 per week
- Cleaning fee $50 for up to 4 people, $75 for 5 and above
- 10% NC tax
- $200 deposit required
- Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed
This
dramatic custom designed home is situated at approximately 3000feet elevation, it overlooks a rushing creek,
and a small waterfall, both situated on the property. You
can access the creek from the stairs cut into the hillside, or just
sit on the terrace above the falls. The large back deck is situated
above the road, and gives a panoramic view of the treetops. The creek
is suitable for wading, and the melody of the rushing water provides
for many a relaxing afternoon.
The back deck is ideal
for outdoor dining, or just rocking on the old fashioned rockers.
While the railing is visually interesting, and allows for great
views, it is also screened from behind to prevent anyone from falling.
The home is situated
close to many local attractions, including Lake Fontana,
Deep Creek, Cherokee, Dillsboro, Sylva, Waynesville, Maggie Valley,
Nantahala Rafting, and the Great Smoky Mountain RR. Other
destinations within 1 to 2 hours drive, including Pigeon Forge,
TN, Gatilinburg, TN, and Ashville, NC.
